Ceramics – one block – one material

A milestone was set with the development of the ceramic kitchen in September 2005: The material, used for the first time as a kitchen surface, has all the properties required for kitchens: It is absolutely food-safe. Undesirable time influences such as fungus, bacteria and mold cannot penetrate the surface. It is resistant to alkalis, acids and heat. In addition, it absorbs practically no moisture and has an abrasion-resistant and absolutely scratch-resistant porcelain surface. Ceramic is a 100% natural product made from the same raw materials as conventional porcelain tableware. Since we started using ceramic, 90% of our kitchens sold in this material have found their way into (not only) Austria’s most exclusive homes.
